Employee Self Service (ESS) 

This powerful system gives your employees fingertip access to selected data from their information set, while freeing up your valuable time to focus on more important tasks.

 

ESS will run on a Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, kiosk, Intranet or Internet environment. ESS activity does not update the HRM2001 database directly, so there is no possibility of data integrity problems. ESS is designed to be extremely simple to use, so even employees with little or no computer skills can navigate through the system with minimal effort.

You may post news and company events, such as job vacancies, company announcements, company directory, productivity statistics, and so on.

 

On the Spot Access
